Fleur De Lis Cuff

Yeah, yeah, it's not exactly a Fleur-de-lis, but it's easier to call it that than "14th Century-ish viney flowery things cuff", isn't it? This design was inspired by some of the incredible 14th Century leatherwork I saw on my recent trip to the British and V&A Museums.

The cuff, made from fine 5oz cowhide, is 100% hand-carved and tooled: that means the design is transferred to the leather, then cut with a swivel knife, then brought into relief by a variety of traditional tools and stamps.

It's been given a dark brown antique finish and will age beautifully. It closes with a single antique nickel snap.

The cuff measures 8" laid flat, so will fit a wrist size up to 7.5".
